Night sky whale

My tattoo idea is a big whale. The fin should start somewhere between the collarbone and shoulder. It can be as big as possible. I’d like a tattoo-style like in the second picture I’ve sent you. I imagined a black stripe around my upper arm. Instead of the black area on the whale, I imagined a night sky as skin on this place. Maybe constellations can also be built in. I tried to roughly represent the idea on my arm (picture 1). I am open to suggestions to complete the project. With your previous tattoos, I particularly like your interpretation of waves, maybe something like them can also be placed on the arm.

I don’t care if it is a humpback whale or a blue whale, they both represent the meaning of the tattoo: the connection between the life on earth and the infinity of the universe.

Leave in the comments any additional details about your idea. Feel free to share more images, budget, or additional questions. Write as many times you want.

Project Response

  1. Hi Tanja,
Thank you so much for sending your request.

I hope your booking process is fun and exciting. I’m more than happy to help bring your project to life. I’m completely in love with your idea, you did a great job with the concept and I’m sure we’ll be creating something beautiful together.

I often like to finish the final details of every project together with my clients. Adjustments on placement, size, design are all made the day of your session. Tattooing only starts once you are 100% happy with everything, and if you would like to know more about my workflow, please visit the FAQ for additional details.

To confirm a date for your session, I invite you to visit the Schedule Regular or Custom Sessions from the link on your profile page or by visiting the one shared below, select the best date and time and follow the instructions. Please, make sure you have the Full Day / CoverUp or Special Request.

There is a €600 deposit to reserve the full-day session, and this amount will be subtracted from the final price, which in most cases, is set not to be higher than €1200 total. If you have, please feel free to share your budget, but understand that this is a custom art with attention to details, and we want it to look great.

We may also consider completing the tattoo in multiple sessions; in this case, the following ones will most likely be regular. If the whole project is completed in the Full Day, I still offer an extra session for details and possible touch-ups.

If for some reason, after confirmation, you need a different time or to reschedule, you can use the deposit to secure you a new spot in the future.

Visit the link below for the confirmation.

Let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to meeting you, and thank you once again for choosing me for your next tattoo.

  2. Hello!

It makes me so happy that you like my idea, I’m sure I have chosen the right one for this project!

I’m not completely sure how I can book a session after April, I’ve just seen free spots in the following 2 months for Vienna. Is there an option to book a session a few months later or do I have to wait until the bookings for this time will be open?
Thank you in advance for your information!

    Tanja

    1. Hi Tanja,
Finally some good news after this whole crisis. I’m accepting new appointments and I wanted to let you be one of the first to know. It’s been a awhile and I hope you and your loved ones are doing great. I really apologise for the late response, but it’s so good to be back.

I’m here to answer any questions so, please feel free to send. The booking process is the same as the one I messaged before. So, if you feel comfortable, have a look at the available dates at: https://book.danilodelfino.ink/product/schedule-appointment/

Still, super excited to being working with you and I can’t wait for that.
      All the best,
      Danilo
