Poppy Flower Sketch on my arm

I’d like to have a B&W poppy on the inside of my forearm. For the style I would like a sketchy approach like shown in the first reverence – it should not be a photorealistic flower.

Poppies were the favorite flowers of my grandma (who’s already passed away) and because I inherited all my creativity from her, I want to honor her with this tattoo. She is the reason I am right now studying to become a graphic designer. Furthermore these flowers always remind me of home because we had a hill full with poppies at the back of the house I grew up in.

I’m not 100% sure about the exact size and would like to have some input/suggestions on that but as a reference I would say that the blossom should be about 5cm.

I’d be happy to have an appointment whenever there is a free spot – so it’s not necessary that it is within one month as stated above. I’m also very open to talk about the exact image – I’m thinking of one flower but if there happens to be a better idea with 2 poppies or more I’ll be happy to talk about it. I hope you like my idea and I would be more than excited to get a spot for a tattoo done by you.

Leave in the comments any additional details about your idea. Feel free to share more images, budget, or additional questions. Write as many times you want.

Project Response

  1. Hi Verena!

Thank you so much for sending your request.

I hope your booking process is fun and your new tattoo an exciting experience. I’m happy to help bring your project to life, and I’m sure we’ll be creating something beautiful together. Botanical projects are one of my favorites and a poppy in that style will look amazing!!!

So, I often like to finish the final details of every project together with my clients. Adjustments on placement, size, design are all made the day of your session. Tattooing only starts once you are 100% happy with everything, and if you would like to know more about my workflow, please visit the FAQ for additional details.

To confirm a date for your session, I invite you to visit the Schedule Appointment from a link on your profile page or by visiting the link shared below, select the best date and time and follow instructions for payment.

There is a €300 deposit used to cover the cost of the first hour of our session, this amount is subtracted from the final price, which is calculated by hour. Projects like yours usually take about 2 hours to complete. The preparation time, 1 hour to 2 hours before tattooing starts, it’s free of charge.

Please select Regular Session when Scheduling your Appointment, and if you have, be comfortable to share your budget. But understand that this is a custom art with attention to details, and we want it to look great.

If, for some reason, you need a different time or to reschedule, you can let me know and use the deposit to secure you a new spot in the future.

  2. Hi Danilo!
Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment due to covid. I would now like to reschedule the appointment and have some problems in doing so.

When I try to book an appointment, I have to pay the deposit again. As I have already paid the deposit is there an other way to book it?

Thank you and hopefully see you soon.

    1. Hi Verena,

I hope you and your loved ones are doing great, and I also want to apologize for not being able to accommodate your requests before. There were many cancellations and rescheduling, but I’m happy to finally been able to work.

It will be an honor to have you confirm your appointment. My bookings are open, and I have available dates until April.
Feel free to visit the Book your Session area from your dashboard, pick regular and let me know which date and time you prefer

Once again, my sincere apologies for the terrible timing, and I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you.

      Danilo Delfino
